Fill out patient paperwork via the secure portal
Yes, a virtual appointment still requires you to fill out paperwork prior to your appointment. The good news is that you can do it on your own time at the comfort of your own home!
Sign using your electronic signature
If you don’t have a touchscreen, have no fear, you can use your computer mouse to sign the virtual document. We just need your signature to show your consent to our telemedicine services.
Follow the instructions laid out by your provider
If you are not tech savvy, that is okay, we have mapped out the instruction for before, during, and after your visit. Our services are straightforward and you can watch our videos that show you exactly how to sign on.
Both Audio and Video Capabilities
This comes as a shock to a lot of our patients, but by law both parties are legally obligated to have a secure video and audio connection, and it helps to solidify that our providers are treating the right patient!
Telemedicine Benefits
Accessible Healthcare
Telemedicine means accessible healthcare for patients in need. Especially during this time of COVID-19. It is a convenient option for patients who are scared or unable to go into the office to meet their provider.
Quality Care For Patients
Visiting with your provider via tele-health gives you the opportunity to have more frequent “virtual visits” with your doctor to answer your important medical questions. Having access and more face-time leads to better quality care for our patients.
More personal approach to healthcare
Being treated in the comfort of your own home gives patients the ease of not having to worry about leaving the house, therefore allowing them to meet with their doctor and other specialists in their own environment which helps most patients feel at ease.
